Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the influence of organizational culture on the University performance. The features of the organizational culture of higher educational organization in conditions of modernization of the system of professional education are considered, the importance of the formation of the entrepreneurial University culture is substantiated. It is shown that this type of culture provides the University with the competitive edge.
